Engineered Business Solutions is a team of professionals who specialize in facility planning, design, project management, installations, relocations, engineering, workflow analysis, quality analysis and process analysis.  All team members of E.B.S. have a minimum of 30 years experience in the Graphic Arts, Commercial and Industrial Industries bringing a broad base of extensive expertise together to assist our clients.

Our areas of specialty include:

• assisting companies to work with local municipalities, regional, provincial and federal governments to ensure permits, licenses, codes and standards are met with minimal involvement on the part of your staff


• managing demographic site selections, capital expenditures, equipment purchases, installations, workflow configurations, process-system designs, construction management, plant relocations and production start-up


• automation of print and finishing systems to streamline manufacturing processes and / or equipment to achieve added value, high margin sales and competitive retention of historically outsourced services


• workflow audits and analysis, process improvement recommendations and implementation, quality control, waste management, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, sales coaching / mentoring, and customer satisfaction surveys and analysis
